What These Terms Cover

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 98taka Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an Account or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the service.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 98taka Platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 98taka takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and will apply age verification measures to any Account where there is reasonable doubt about the Account holder's age. Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds in the Account will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Jurisdictional Responsibility
98taka operates as an offshore platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing and using online gambling services is legal in your specific location and jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets. 98taka makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any particular jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.
Single Account Rule
Each individual may register only one Account on 98taka. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Account balances. If you have lost access to your Account, please contact support rather than creating a new registration.
Prohibited Persons
The following individuals are not eligible to hold an Account or participate in any activity on the Platform:
- Persons under the age of 18 years.
- Persons who have previously been self-excluded from 98taka or any gambling platform and whose exclusion period remains active.
- Employees, contractors, or agents of 98taka or its affiliated Game Providers, including immediate family members of such persons.
- Persons accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- Persons using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine player activity.
98taka reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage, including at the time of withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. This policy is applied consistently to all Accounts without exception.

Account Registration
To access the full range of features available on the 98taka Platform — including depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
Registration Information
During registration, you will be required to provide the following information. All fields must be completed truthfully and accurately:

Accuracy of Information

Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of any Balance held in the Account. 98taka is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to provide accurate registration details.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 98taka strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account to provide an additional layer of security. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 98taka support immediately at [email protected]. 98taka will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
Account Updates
If any of your registered details change — including your name, address, email address, or phone number — you must update your Account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate Account details may impede the processing of withdrawal requests and may trigger additional KYC verification requirements.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Supported Payment Methods

Deposit Terms
All deposits must be made from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account not belonging to the registered Player — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Accounts; however, high-volume deposits may trigger enhanced KYC verification. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically clear within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 98taka Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal is processed, 98taka may require completion of KYC verification, including submission of identity documentation and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours, subject to verification status and payment method processing times. 98taka does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Currency & Conversion
All Account Balances and transactions on the 98taka Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 98taka does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is the sole responsibility of the Player and is subject to the rates applied by that payment provider.
Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions
Players must not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting 98taka support to attempt resolution. Initiating an unjustified chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation. 98taka reserves the right to recover any funds that are subject to an unjustified chargeback, including through legal means where appropriate.
Deposits made through bKash and Nagad — Bangladesh's two most widely used mobile financial services — are processed almost instantly and credited to your 98taka Balance within minutes. The ৳200 minimum makes it easy to start with a modest amount and explore the platform before committing larger sums.
Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may be processed on the next working day. Players who have not yet completed KYC verification should expect additional processing time while documentation is reviewed. Submitting clear, legible copies of your identity documents helps avoid delays.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
98taka offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including first-deposit welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, Aviator crash game promotions, cricket betting boosts, and seasonal festival promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
Claiming Bonuses
To claim a bonus, you must opt in during the deposit process or via the promotions section of your Account, as specified in the individual offer terms. Bonuses cannot be applied retrospectively to deposits made prior to opt-in. Each promotional offer will specify the eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, bonus percentage or amount, and any time limits that apply. Players may only claim each specific bonus offer once unless the terms of that offer explicitly state otherwise.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual offer terms — typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots generally contribute 100% of the wager toward the wagering requirement; live casino and table games typically contribute between 10% and 50%; sports betting contributions are specified per offer. Bonus Abuse & Collusion
98taka actively monitors Accounts for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — placing low-risk bets designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk (commonly referred to as "hedging"), coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures, and creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. Where bonus abuse is detected, 98taka reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate any winnings derived from it, and suspend or close the Account. 98taka's determination of bonus abuse is final.
Expiry of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds that are not used within the time limit specified in the relevant offer terms will expire and be removed from the Account Balance automatically. 98taka is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry, though reminders may be sent at the platform's discretion. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
Changes to Promotions
98taka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including ongoing offers, without prior notice. Changes to an active promotion will be communicated on the relevant promotions page as soon as practicable. Players who have already claimed a bonus and are actively working toward its wagering requirement will not be retroactively affected by mid-promotion changes, except where the change is required to prevent fraud or protect platform integrity.
Game Rules & Fair Play
98taka hosts games provided by certified third-party studios. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules, paytables, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and volatility characteristics of each game before wagering real money.
Random Number Generators

This ensures that each game outcome is statistically independent of all previous outcomes and is not influenced by the Platform, the Player, or any external party. Live Casino
Live casino tables — streamed by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play — are governed by the rules of the underlying game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti, etc.) as displayed in the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino round, the outcome of that round may be voided and stakes returned to players, at the discretion of the game provider and 98taka. 98taka is not liable for service interruptions caused by the game provider's streaming infrastructure.
Sports Betting
Sports betting markets — covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), basketball, football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to specific market rules available on the sportsbook pages. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently suspended, cancelled, or declared void will have stakes returned to the Player's Account Balance. In-play bets that are accepted during a clear data feed error may be voided at 98taka's discretion.
Aviator & Crash Games
Aviator, developed by Spribe, operates on a provably fair algorithm. Each round's outcome is generated using a cryptographic hash function, the seed for which is published before each round begins. Players may independently verify the fairness of any Aviator round using the verification tool available within the game interface. The minimum and maximum bet amounts for Aviator are displayed in the game settings and may be subject to change.
Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, server outages, or connectivity interruptions — any bets affected by the malfunction may be voided. 98taka will not honour payouts arising from a clearly erroneous game result caused by a technical fault. Players who encounter a game malfunction should cease play and report the issue to support immediately at [email protected].
Aviator's provably fair system allows every player to independently verify that each round's outcome was not manipulated by the operator or the game provider. The pre-round hash is published in advance, and the result can be checked against it after the round concludes. This level of transparency is a core reason Aviator has become one of the most trusted crash games on the 98taka Platform.
If you believe a game outcome was incorrect or resulted from a technical fault, contact 98taka support within 72 hours of the affected round. Include your Account username, the date and time of the round, and the game name. Disputes raised after 72 hours may not be investigated. 98taka's decision following a dispute investigation is final and binding.

Underage Gambling Prevention
98taka uses commercially available age verification tools and KYC procedures to prevent access by persons under 18 years of age. Account Suspension & Closure
Grounds for Suspension
98taka reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following applies:
- The Account holder is under 18 years of age.
- The Account holder has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected, including unusual betting patterns, coordinated bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software tools.
- A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated against a deposit made into the Account.
- The Account holder is accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
- KYC documentation requested by 98taka has not been submitted within a reasonable timeframe.
- A self-exclusion request from any gambling platform has been identified.
Account Closure by Player
You may request closure of your 98taka Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 98taka will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money Balance, subject to standard KYC verification, and close the Account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure are forfeited and will not be returned.
Effect of Closure
Following Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by 98taka — the Account holder loses access to all Platform features. Historical transaction records will be retained by 98taka for the period required under applicable data retention obligations. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened; players wishing to return to the Platform must complete a fresh registration, subject to all applicable eligibility requirements. Players who have self-excluded may not register a new Account during the active exclusion period.
Amendments to These Terms
98taka reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file, or via a notice posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98taka is incorporated as an offshore operator. Any dispute arising in connection with the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 98taka support will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in these terms limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

The support team will confirm receipt within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and process the closure, including any eligible balance withdrawal, within 3–5 working days.
